Who We Are
We are a group of independent associated industry professionals who provide a range of services to help businesses and individuals. We safely manage the identifications of and clearance certifications of ACM’s (Asbestos containing Materials) in residential and commercial buildings before and during remediation, renovation or demolition projects.
What We Do
Asbestos Management and Register Reports
When building, and/or business owners are required to keep a record of Known Asbestos Containing materials as part of their annual building warranty check, both management records and registers are required to keep staff and contractors safe in the workplace. This applies to all buildings built prior to 31st December 1999. We produce both reports.
Remediation, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys
Prior to any work been carried out on any building, a demolition survey is required to identify for all parties the presence, location, condition and amount of Asbestos Containing Materials present on site. We provide all of the necessary information required for the project to proceed safely.
Clearance Certificates
After the safe removal by an independent registered asbestos removal company, of any Asbestos containing Materials on site, a CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE must be issued by a suitable qualified practitioner. There are a few steps in this clearance certificate depending on the type, location and complexity of the removal. Details are available by contacting Ford Asbestos services.
Testing and Sampling
At times, all you may need is a test on a product with a high probability of containing asbestos. It is better to be safe than sorry. We provide Laboratory Certifications provided by IANZ accredited laboratories on tested products and results are normally available in 24 hours.

- We are Worksafe accredited to work with both A Class and B Class asbestos containing materials and cover most of the Waikato region.
- We have in place the necessary personal indemnity and professional liability insurance required to fulfil our obligations.
